Reservation Policy
Please read and understand our reservation policy before booking your vendor spot:
Reservation Requirements
- All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking
- Vendor spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
- A valid business license and insurance certificate may be required
- Food vendors must provide health department permits
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- No Refunds: All vendor spot reservations are final and non-refundable. Payment constitutes acceptance of this no-refund policy.
- No Cancellations: Vendor acknowledges that no cancellations will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, business changes, or force majeure events.
- Non-Transferable: Vendor spots are non-transferable and may not be assigned, sublicensed, or conveyed to any third party without express written consent from Festival Management.
- Event Modification: Festival Management reserves the right to modify event dates, locations, or format. In such cases, vendor may receive credit toward future events at Management's sole discretion.
- This is a Rain or Shine Event: This event will proceed rain or shine. No refunds will be provided for inclement weather, including but not limited to rain, wind, or extreme temperatures. Vendors acknowledge and accept full responsibility for weather protection of their merchandise and equipment.
Vendor Responsibilities
- Setup and breakdown within designated time windows
- Maintain clean and organized vendor area
- Comply with all festival rules and policies and local regulations
- Provide own electrical equipment if needed

Contest Rules
- Contest is open to all food vendors participating in the Three Kings Festival
- Vendors must serve traditional holiday cuisine and seasonal specialties
- Contest entry includes judging by professional food critics and festival attendees
- Categories: Best Holiday Dish, Most Traditional Recipe, People's Choice Award
Contest Requirements
- Submit menu items and ingredient lists for judging
- Provide samples for judges at designated times
- Display contest participation signage at your booth
- Maintain consistent quality throughout the event
Prizes & Recognition
- Winner receives $1,000 cash prize and featured placement
- Runner-up receives $500 cash prize
- All participants receive promotional benefits and social media features
- Winners announced at closing ceremony
Discount Terms
- 40% discount applied to base vendor spot price only
- Add-on services charged at regular rates
- Discount non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers
- Contest participation is binding for the entire event duration
